FIRST TIME APPOINTMENTS

ALL first time Hair Color appointments require a consultation prior to day of service to ensure proper booking. This can be either in person or via email www.staceysmokerhair@gmail.com.

ALL first time Haircut appointments should expect 15 additional minutes to be added to the service time.


LATENESS

Please alert the salon if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late. Alert via text to (646)854-4445

Lateness that exceeds more than 15 minutes may result in an appointment needing to be rescheduled.


CANCELLATION

Rescheduling/Cancellation/No-Shows

Your appointment is very important to us and we understand that schedule adjustments are necessary at times. Therefore we respectfully request that you notify us at least 48hrs in advance for cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to fill that time slot with another client who has been waitlisted.

  • Rescheduling within the 48hrs prior to your appointment time is still considered a cancellation.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours from scheduled service could result in being charged a cancellation/rebooking fee of up to 50% of your booking or a minimum of $50 an hour of booked time.

  • Late appointments in excess of 15 minutes and no shows will be considered cancellations as defined above. This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and clients.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

Also, we understand that life happens and request that VERY sick clients stay home. If you are slightly unwell please notify us in advance of your appointment.

*If you are presenting ANY Corona Virus symptoms we request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date or at least 14 days later.

NO SHOWS: You will be charged a 50% fee that must be paid prior to reserving another appointment. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.


Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Services: Issues, complaints or concerns regarding a service must be reported ASAP and MUST be reported/re-done within the 2 weeks post service. Returns/Refunds/Exchanges do not apply to services rendered.

Products: Returns/Refunds apply only to un-opened/un-used products within 15 days of purchase. Exchanges are available for products (of equal or lesser value) that have been lightly used. Products more than half used And/Or purchased more than 30 days are no longer eligible for return/refund/exchange.
